Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Find Local Newsletters (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree do not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The Site provides a directory of local newsletters and related information plus tools for publishers to submit and manage listings.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for users age 13 and older.

Listings, submissions and permissions

If you submit a newsletter listing or any content (text images logos links) you represent that you own it or have permission to submit it and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You grant Find Local Newsletters a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free license to use display reproduce adapt and distribute your submission for operating improving and promoting the Site.

Directory listings created from public information

Some listings may be created from publicly available information such as a newsletter website or signup page. If you are a publisher and want a listing corrected or removed contact us at info@findlocalnewsletters.com. We may request reasonable verification that you represent the newsletter.

Editorial labels and badges

We may label listings with badges or labels such as “Verified” “Editor’s Pick” “Featured” or similar. These labels are informational and reflect our internal criteria at the time. They are not guarantees of quality results audience size delivery schedule or business outcomes.

Affiliate links, ads and sponsored placements

The Site may include affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We may also offer sponsorships paid placements advertising and other promotions. We aim to disclose compensated relationships clearly and close to the relevant link or placement. FTC guidance recommends disclosures that are clear and conspicuous.

Third-party websites and services

The Site links to third-party websites including newsletter signup pages. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content policies products or services. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site in ways that are unlawful harmful or disruptive including by:

  • submitting false misleading defamatory or infringing content

  • spamming publishers or users

  • scraping or harvesting data in a way that harms the Site or violates applicable law

  • attempting to bypass security or access non-public areas

  • interfering with the Site’s operation or other users’ access

Intellectual property

The Site and its original content features and design are owned by Find Local Newsletters or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy reproduce distribute or create derivative works from the Site except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy completeness or availability. We do not guarantee that any newsletter will meet your needs or that any publisher will deliver content on any schedule.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Find Local Newsletters will not be liable for indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits revenue data or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to defend indemnify and hold harmless Find Local Newsletters from claims liabilities damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site your submissions or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for security operational reasons or if we believe you violated these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alabama and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
